Called Apple Care tonight described the problem and was told to go back to my Apple Retail store and talk to the Genius Bar.
Or at least not a significant improvement for 7 years of advanced technology.
Just want to see if anyone has any experience with this will I definitely need to pay for a battery replacement or will I find some leeway with this. At this point its had. Ive done a little research and at times Apple have made the decision to replace the battery for free. So the point of my post is that if you are considering updating in a similar manner as I have done I would advise you not to go for the 2019 Air.
